tradition in our club the incoming
president must be a "cook" at
our first annual fund raising event for
the new "Rotary" year.
"Picnic In The Park" is our
first such event. In this photo Outgoing
President Charles Wright passes the
utensils to incoming President Randy Cash. The exchange is being supervised

bystander. Some Presidents don't want to
give up their "mantle of power."
